Another strange toothpaste here
Every time I come to Taiwan, I am baffled by this toothpaste and how there’s no possible way that any company in the US could get away with selling a toothpaste called “Black People Toothpaste” with a picture of a black man on the box. I asked my mother why this toothpaste is named as such and she said that apparently to Chinese people, black people have ideal teeth because they are so white. She said that this toothpaste has been around for as long as she can remember, since she was a child 50 years ago. Apparently, this toothpaste has a controversial history. More info about the toothpaste and its history here.
